Yoga

These classes will be taught by instructors experienced in yoga. Our instructors may also possess licenses in Occupational Therapy, New Jersey Certified Teachers and/or Teacher of the Handicapped. Demonstrations will be given to the class and assistance will be provided to each student individually as yoga is unique to each individual. This class is open to all adults, including adults with developmental disabilities.
